Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for choosing Kyemen Online. We hope you have a pleasant shopping experience. Now we have launched online return & refund system, and if at any time you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchase or any part of them for refund, as long as your returned item is in the same condition as it was received (including original package boxes / bags / tags, gifts, sales etc). Any request for an exchange, a return or a refund must be accompanied with the sales invoice and initiated within 3 days of receipt. Inspect your order immediately after receipt.


You qualify for an exchange if our Supply team mistakenly sends you an item different from what you requested for in terms of product, size, colour and/or any other stated attribute or any matter arising from a manufacturer’s defect. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same original package & condition that you received it.


You have 3 working days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you within two working days.


You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
